My first blog post in 13 years. The world has changed quite a bit—especially in the last couple of years.

The entire landscape of coding and development has transformed in this AI era. All of us, whether in product development, engineering, or any other function, are rediscovering how we work. People are questioning if this means the end for junior developers, or wondering how it boosts individual efficiency.

For me personally, I’ve started loving coding all over again. I now have this helpful buddy who’s always available, works at the speed of thought, does research for me, fixes bugs, helps me plan projects, and so much more. I’m no longer constrained by my own speed of coding or debugging. It feels more like being a mentor—instructing the AI to do what I want done, then reviewing and fine-tuning the outcome.

It sure feels like a new chapter in my career. Exciting ideas and possibilities keep coming to mind, and I’ll be blogging about some of them. Let’s see how it all plays out. Looking back, I realize this is exactly how I started my first blogging phase back in 2010—writing about new ideas and building proof-of-concepts around them.

Let’s see how this round goes.
